The favorite bedroom is found upstairs in the east turret, featuring a panoramic view of the Kansas horizon. Enjoy the privacy of your own lounging area, with TV/VCR and a unique lending library of treasured reading selected by the Kuhrt and Flanders families since the early 1900s to this day.

The white oak wooden floors, original woodwork, special antique furnishings, and classic double bed all remind the visitor of the quiet comfort of a time gone by. Your private bathroom is just around the corner, and features a whirlpool tub for two, a European-style shower nozzle, and a window overlooking the beautiful goldfish pond.
The main floor bedroom has a particularly historic atmosphere. This is the original bedroom, featuring the double bed and reading chair enjoyed for generations by the Kuhrt and Flanders families.
The room has easy access to the lending library and the rest of the house. Enjoy your private bathroom a few steps down the hall, and a shower is available.
Breakfast is, of course, a farm-fresh breakfast, home cooked in our clean, licensed food service kitchen.
